Class Descriptions


Level 1
– This class is for those that are new to yoga as well as those that are still building a foundation for their practice. Level 1 will introduce students to the basic asana poses, proper alignment, breathing technique and meditation.

 

Level 2 – These classes are suitable for those who have participated in consistent studio level 1 yoga classes for 9 months. More challenging than level 1. 
Classes may include introduction to inversions, arm balances and back bends. 
 
 

Power Yoga – A powerful class to build strength, stamina and endurance. Not recommended for those who have never done yoga.
